Our machined tool steel cocking shoe. I have made it longer so that it can be hand fitted to your gun tightly. You can file it, grind it or sand it slightly to get a tight fit. The front of the shoe that is closest to the barrel end is the end to alter. This is one tedious part to machine. The factory part is sintered and the gaps left with the factory part impede lockup and contribute to many of the TX woes. Fit it as tight as you can and sometimes you need not remove any material or only 1-3 thou. from it. Check and recheck often. These run around 15 thou bigger than factory. Minor tapering of the rear ledge often will fit it in tight guns with no shortening.
